Nickolas Studios
The Seasons of Nickolas consist of eight studios (33-35 sq.m.) that are configured into double, triple, and quadruple rooms. The selected color combinations represent the four seasons of the year (or at least that’s what we believe…).
Our goal is to provide high-level services and create a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their maximum satisfaction during their vacation. Come and join us to experience a dreamy stay where every season is celebrated.
Nickolas Houses
The SMall is a small independent house of 33 sq.m. with a garden and a tree house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 double bed in the independent bedroom and a sofa that turns into a double bed in the living room. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It could be characterized as a cottage house.
The AtoZ is an independent house of 86sq.m. with 2 bedrooms (one master), 1 bathroom, 1 WC, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 6 people as one of the living room sofas turns into a double bed.
All rooms have a unique style and feature:
- Balcony (with table and chairs)
- Bathroom (with a bell)
- Kitchenette
- Fridge
- Air conditioning
- Television
- Built-in closet
- Safe box
In each room, you will also find well-hidden:
- Beach umbrella
- Shaker for your frappé
- Clothesline
- Insect repellent and screens
- Rosé wine
During your stay, the room will be visited by the cleaning lady at least twice a week for tidying up/cleaning and the chambermaid for changing the linen.
The rooms are located within the village and within a short distance from anything you need (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, taverns, cafes, quiet bars, tourist offices, gas station, pharmacy, etc.).
